Arroz Con Pollo A La Tica

Arroz con pollo is typically served with white rice but we decided to add brown rice for more flavor and nutrients! You first cook the rice and chicken breasts separately and once you’ve shredded the chicken, that’s when you mix it all together. Our dish also contained shreds of carrots, red bell peppers, onions, and a bunch of other spices. Yum!
